OUIGO: Winter Eggs

OUIGO and Rosapark launch a campaign that might just go unnoticed
Still rapidly expanding seven years after its creation, OUIGO offers high-speed low-cost train travel around France. From January to the end of March 2021, OUIGO is spoiling us with brand-new ski and mountain destinations at tiny prices! Leaving from stations in suburban Paris and heading to the Alps (Grenoble, Albertville, Moutiers, Aime la Plagne, Bourg Saint Maurice), tickets will be sold from as little as 10 euros for adults, and at a fixed price of 5 euros for children, so that everybody can visit the mountains and go skiing.

To promote these new destinations, OUIGO and Rosapark have created a new digital campaign, which will air from the 4th to the 11th of January on the brand’s social media channels. After engaging the people most eager to travel to the mountains, the brand will then reveal a new campaign presenting this new low-priced offer.

3 trompe l’œil visuals and a key message:

The Alps from 10€. At that price, we could replace the fir trees with owls and nobody would notice.

The Alps from 10€. At that price, we could replace the buildings with mouse-traps and nobody would notice.

The Alps from 10€. At that price, we could replace the mountains with baguettes and nobody would notice.

This fun new campaign will air on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in both animated and non-animated versions. It will be followed by an activation on Facebook and Twitter inviting people to guess where the snowy owl is hidden. There will also be an Instagram filter that will let people put themselves in the OUIGO visual in the place of the owls and share the image with their communities.

The new campaign shows OUIGO’s agility on social media and offers some light-hearted escapism, much needed in the current climate.
