CESVI: The Low Impact Billboard

Top 6: November 24th 2021
The Big Now / mcgarrybowen is the agency that developed for Cesvi Foundation The Low Impact Billboard, designed to turn on the spotlight on climate warming by turning off a maxi billboard. The OOH located in the heart of Milan and coinciding with COP26, does not just tell the brand's commitment but translates it into concrete action. According to United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) partnered campaign, if 1 billion people take practical action in their own lives, they could reduce as much as 20% of global carbon emissions.
That's why it is so important to talk about the impact of individual actions in the fight against climate change.

The Low Impact Billboard with 75% of the LEDs off reduced the energy consumption of the digital outdoor itself significantly and made the message not only part of the campaign but an active part of the change. A clear message for anyone: safeguarding the planet requires the commitment of everyone to preserve our “common home”. Because small daily actions reported on a large scale can make a difference for real.
