CNA, one of the biggest Brazilian branches of language school, launches a unique stile of communication for its sector. The films bring characters made by modeling clay and silicone, manipulated by sticks in real time during the recording. The facial expressions, made in 2D animation, give life to the puppets who star the three videos.
It was created by Talent Marcel and directed by Gabriel Nóbrega, from Vetor Zero. Among the elaboration of the characters concepts, animation creation, and voice casting, the preproduction took six weeks and engaged more than fifty people in the development of the project. Overall, there were two months of production and three days of recording. “The films bring a light and entertaining humor, and, at the same time, with no fear to sell themselves. Indeed, we wanted something new, bold. And CNA agreed to board on this project, innovative in technique as well as positioning,” says Rafael Campello, Creative Director of Talent Marcel.
