Road To Zero is Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency's new approach to road safety. The 'systems' approach assumes that mistakes will happen, but when they do we need a system in place to minimise the harm. So it's about much more than just driver behaviour and calls on everyone from pedestrians to Police to play their part. The goal of this TVC is to communicate the new approach to the New Zealand public in a fresh and easy-to-understand way.
