As New Zealand's biggest insurance company, Southern Cross Pet insurance is on a mission to help pets live longer and healthier lives, not just pay out when pets get injured. We discovered that road safety is one of the greatest causes of pet injuries and fatalities. Our solution to make pet owners take notice of the road safety issue was simple: They needed to be seen.
Agency: TBWA, New Zealand Presenting VIS - The Road Safety Collection. A couture fashion collection for dogs and cats that’s high fashion in daylight, hi vis in car headlights. Designed in Italy by Matthew Adams Dolan, known for his work with Rihanna, Gigi Hadid and Lady Gaga, the collection consists of 8 limited edition couture pieces and a ready-to-wear accessible bandana range. Each of the garments are made from retro reflective and iridescent fabrics that transform in the light, and incorporate Matthew’s signature exaggerated proportions and oversized elements to make pets unmissable. Just in time for winter, we’re making road safety the season's hottest look.
