The copy changes throughout the day and is tailored to different cities and towns, offering locals a personalised hello and introduction to Starling’s 24/7 proposition. The ad creative was created entirely in-house by Starling’s creative studio. It is an embodiment of the bank’s ‘always open’ commitment and challenges perceptions that branch-based banking offers a more human customer experience. The ads launch at a time when money management has never been more important, real-life customer service teams never more reassuring. Starling’s DOOH spots feature in 15 cities, including Manchester, Glasgow and Leeds. Static OOH ads are also in place at 105 locations across the UK, inviting people to ‘Meet the bank that never closes’.
