Christmas is a time for joy, but for 1 in 3 Australians, it’s the loneliest time of year, increasing the risk of suicide. This year, we challenged tradition with Lifeline’s Lonely Christmas Card—flipping the iconic Christmas card on its head to spark a powerful conversation about loneliness. Hidden in packs of three, one card shines a light on the 1 in 3 who are silently struggling and urges people to reach out. Because making a connection when it matters most, can save a life.
