To build awareness for STAPLES moving beyond selling just office supplies, New York agency mcgarrybowen enlisted PICROW’s The Hall to build intrigue for the missing "L" in the STAPLES logo. Beginning this month, The "What The L"campaign will run via broadcast and all social media platforms. The ads encourage customers to visit www.staples.com/whatthel, where products consumers wouldn’t expect to find at the store will be highlighted each day, replacing the "L" in the logo. Staples recently changed its tagline to "Make More Happen."
