------------------------------------ With the ‘Switch' Campaign, MTV Networks International is launching a Global Climate Change Campaign on the 14th of June. The campaign will emphasise the social and financial benefits of sustainable lifestyles and will reach 70% of all 0 to 34-year-olds around the world. The commercial will be shown on MTV Worldwide all summer, during the 'Climate Change Day' and the Live Earth concerts, which will be held on 07-07-07 in eight cities on all continents for the benefit of the climate. In the MTV film, the viewer will be taken on an impressive trip around planet Earth in typically humoristic and impartial / unbiased / non-accusatory MTV style. Why make this film? To bring awareness of the situation our planet is in. We need to care for our habitat. And we must at all costs avoid wasting energy.
