RCSI - GEM campaign: RCSI - Graph

This is the first major recruitment drive The Royal College of Surgeons have undertaken. Their goal was NOT to increase the number of graduates applying for courses, but instead to increase the quality of those graduates. As such, we created a campaign that would challenge them as well as flatter their intelligence. It resulted in higher calibre applicants and made RCSI the number one choice for graduates studying medicine.
