While young Kiwi males see the value in protecting themselves when it comes to playing sport or while at work, they often neglect to protect themselves by belting up in a car – even though a seatbelt could increase their chances of surviving a crash by 40%.
So the NZ Transport Agency and Clemenger BBDO Wellington created a series of spots to remind them that when it comes to protecting themselves, there’s no difference.
