These pieces replicate Guernica in the modern day, exhibiting the tragedies of two wars happening today. They are urging people to pay attention to them just as they’d pay attention to Picasso's masterpiece. They showcase the fact that we pay attention to wars that happened in the past, through an artist’s eye, but we fail to create awareness on similar criminal acts of today.
