The USA, UK and Australia are once again the top three countries in the 2011 Bestads Rankings, as has been the case - albeit in different order in some years - since the rankings began in 2003.
The USA was a clear leader in 2011, with 256 points, followed by the UK on 169 points and Australia on 157 points.
France was placed 4th with 101 points, followed by Brazil in 5th spot (97 points), New Zealand in 6th spot (92 points), South Africa in 7th (64 points), Canada in 8th (58 points), the Netherlands in 9th spot (47 points) and India in 10th (45 points).
(Incidentally, the UK is the All-Time leading country over the last eight years, with 1548 points, followed by the USA on 1472 points, Australia on 1154 points, New Zealand on 677 points and France on 503 points.)
