BEST TVIt's a very PSA week on the TV front. In this battle of the causes, the standout piece is
Conversion Therapy. At the heart of it is a profound insight, packaged and delivered with compelling performances and beautiful filmmaking.
Runner up: Alzheimer Forschung Initiative '
The Glitch'. This is an immersive, hard-hitting film that combines two familiar techniques to make a fresh one. It's a very smart idea and frankly, just as terrifying to experience it.
BEST PRINTWinner: TBWA '
The Last Big Ad Agency On Madison Ave'. It's a classic print ad. No tricks, just superb writing. What could've been just an announcement about a new address, is also about new values. The copy seamlessly pays homage to iconic Madison Ave while setting the tone for a new era in advertising.
Runner up: Greenpeace '
We Live On The Same Planet, But Not In The Same World'. The art direction feels effortless (which is often hard to do) and the copy is elegant.
BEST OUTDOOR Winner:
Sylvania. An eye-test for your car. A very simple product-led promotion. It's a great demonstration of outdoor advertising because it can only work in outdoor. I also appreciate that it's not trying to save the world. Just trying to sell some bulbs with a creative solution that is directly related to Sylvania products.
Runner-up: Audi '
Scrap Girl Cars'. An engaging way to challenge stereotypes. Well played.
