The Road Safety Commission believes that zero deaths are achievable on West Australian roads through a smart network of safety measures called the Safe System. A multi-layered system which protects against serious accidents along the roads and roadsides, via the speed people travel and safety level of the vehicles they drive. To convey this message, we created a powerful visual metaphor using a wrecking ball to quickly communicate how all four layers of road safety work together to protect motorists against certain death and serious injury.
