Corona: Recycled Glass Dome Lodge

Hainan has the most spectacular beaches, but due to limited efforts in recycling beer bottles, a large amount of beer bottles were left on the beaches and in the ocean, causing marine pollution and injuries. Corona has been committed to beach protection for a long time. We have decided to recycle Corona's empty bottles at the Hainan beach in a creative way to help people build environmental awareness and contribute to the local economy.We set u p 10 drop-off vending machines in the Sanya Bay area to collect empty Corona bottles. Consumers could install a mini program in Wechat to collect points for every bottle they handed in. Once the dome was built, consumers could redeem their points for the duration of stay at the dome.
