For the first time, America's favorite cookie bar is combining with one of America's favorite flavors for the brand's biggest variant launch yet-new Twix Cookies & Creme. To celebrate the Cookies & Creme bar's national rollout, TWIX is going back to the factory where it all began. The new :30 spot, created by BBDO New York, takes fans inside the Left TWIX factory for a peek into the making of Left TWIX Cookies & Creme and adds another chapter in the never-ending rivalry with Right TWIX.
This month, fans will also be able to get an even closer look at how to make the Left TWIX Cookies & Creme, by virtually working inside the factory via a Snapchat portal lens, launching February 10. In addition, celebrate the national rollout of Twix Cookies & Creme bars, the brand unveils a limited-edition Twix x The Shoe Surgeon sneaker. • The shoes reflect each element of the new TWIX flavor – from the soft-creme center packed with crunchy cookie bits, to the bright blue wrapper. Shoes will be given to lucky fans free of charge at in-store and online drop events through the month of February. This is all part of the 360 campaign which includes TV, print, OLV, social, and in-store promotion.
