Sao Paulo - Always thinking on ways to communicate with its consumers and participate in their main conversations, BURGER KING launches the "Lockdown Whopper"campaign in Brazil, created in order to encourage people to stay at home as much as they can. Starting today (June 4th), consumers who spend more time at home will be identified by the brand and rewarded for such initiative. The prizes increase in the same proportion as people are committed with the social distancing - they start with snacks and goes up to vouchers for free combos. The project developed by DAVID Sao Paulo and DAVID Miami required a lot of development to actually turn BK's App into a social distancing control device by using geolocation tools. Users that accept the brand’s initiative will be monitored, and at the end of the campaign they will have the chance to be rewarded.
