IKEA: IKEA Product Pose Yoga

IKEA Australia has launched a combined yoga and retail therapy experience promoting health and wellness for mind, body and home.
Not usually synonymous with mindfulness, IKEA’s Product Pose Yoga is a relaxing and alluring way for people to experience their new 2020 catalogue, which many people cannot get their hands on due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The hypnotic event, led by a professional yoga instructor and narrated by a soothing, Swedish voice over finds playful comparisons between IKEA’s new product range and world-famous yoga poses.

A few favourites include the GRILLTIDER, Barbecue tongs, $5 replacing Downward Dog, the STORSINT, Martini Glass, $3.99 replacing Tree Pose and the EKEDALEN, Bench, $199 in place of the Reverse Tabletop pose.

The event, running on IGTV and FB live is being supported by a series of 15 second spots, statics, and influencers, who have been creating more product poses based on the rest of the new IKEA catalogue.
