The WA Police Force were missing out on ideal recruits. They were ruling themselves out due to preconceptions around police and policing. In reality, this job offers a thousand paths to purpose, each as unique as the individual following them. We spent time with real officers, in patrol cars and at stations, living their world and absorbing their stories. Those experiences became authentic scenes we created across WA, from Rottnest to Broome, and as stars we cast the officers themselves. With two film crews, four shoot days, 16 locations and 130 starring officers, this was indeed a job with more.
