In a print campaign created by The Royals, Koala ran full-page ads in The Australian and Herald Sun (on the day Western Australia's borders reopened) to remind us that flexible furniture definitely has a place in our homes in this new era. The ads showcased the features of this McGowan Sofa Bed, formerly known as the Cushy Sofa Bed - it withstands large amounts of external pressure, retracts at the drop of a hat, and as expected, is extremely welcoming when open. When WA Premier Mark McGowan engaged with the ads in the media, The Royals used artistic licence through an OOH execution to suggest the Premier was giving his namesake sofa bed a five-star review.
