Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency) needed to challenge both the way people think about their speeding and the way they feel about the Police who enforce it. The solution was to simply and honestly show the reality of a traffic cop’s routine - the stark contrast between the tired excuses for speeding they hear and the horrific scenes they see.
