Based on the insight that IT consultants have a penchant for sci-fi/fantasy and problem solving, the spot's "we are hiring" message is delivered entirely in the Star Trek language of Klingon. A strategic move to single out the most dedicated and competent talent and inspire them to join Castra's mighty army of programmers.
