BBDO Bangkok Unveils "Sorry if we spoil you too much" A Groundbreaking Campaign For TTC Motor, Mercedes-Benz Thailand's authorized retail partner

Bangkok, Thailand - In a city buzzing with innovation, BBDO Bangkok, behind work like A19 Car Park Showroom and recent work In The Name of Benz is stirring the pot with its latest creation for TTC Motor, Mercedes-Benz Thailand's esteemed retail ally. Titled "Sorry if we spoil you too much", this campaign is not just a message; it's a promise. It marks the debut of a pioneering business model by Mercedes-Benz Thailand, the "Retail of the Future" (ROTF), which promises a unified price and an effortless selection process, enabling customers to obtain their dream Mercedes-Benz model and color "Anywhere, One Price".
TTC Motor, acclaimed for their customer-centric approach and a firm believer in putting the customer first, aligns perfectly with the ROTF initiative. They are excited to launch their inaugural campaign, “Sorry if we spoil you too much”, which perfectly encapsulates their dedication to customer satisfaction.
The campaign launches with a heartfelt film narrated by a letter from TTC Motor CEO, Akkarin Tangthaweesit, dictated to his secretary. It represents more than an apology; it's a bold statement of TTC Motor's commitment to their core value: consumer-centric service. The film conveys the Thai courtesy of "Sorry sir, sorry madam" with an added level of respect, embodying the sincerity and graciousness that Thai culture is renowned for.
Directed by the accomplished Teerapol Suneta (Aei), an award-winning director fresh from securing a bronze at the Cannes Lions festival for the acclaimed project "The Movies That Made From Us", the film is a testament to the brand’s ethos. It is expected to resonate strongly with both existing customers and the wider audience.
