As cute as they are, a new puppy can be an overwhelming experience. And between all the fun and excitement, the first thing you want them to learn is where to use the bathroom. So to give new puppy parents a helping hand with toilet training, TUX Puppy Bites printed an ad designed to be peed on.

Running as a full page in New Zealand’s most circulated newspaper, the Puppy News-pee-per was printed using an organic canine attract – simulating pheromones. Readers interacted with the ad, placing it where they would like their puppy to pee. One whiff and the dog’s instincts kick in, naturally encouraging them to mark their territory, and go where they are supposed to.
