Spotify: Aussie Summer Stories

Over the summer break, Spotify Australia suffers an annual dip in listeners as Aussies head outside for the season. We needed to ensure that, when they returned to their routines, they also returned to the platform, so we showed them that no summer is complete without music.

Summer Stories are a series of three-line stories, evoking a shared summer memory, with one thing in common: the final line is the title of an iconic Aussie anthem.

We collaborated with 20 legendary local artists, from Kylie to Cyril, across 400 contextual OOH placements to show Aussies that, with Spotify – music is the soundtrack to every classic Aussie summer story.
