Austria has the highest concentration of furniture stores of any country in Europe. Mömax is a relatively small player on the market and can only mobilise a very small media budget to make an impact amongst its young target group. The idea here from Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann Vienna is that old furniture is embarrassing. That’s a truth everybody learns, when they take their first teenage friends home. And this is the truth dramatised within the advertising as a piece of furniture embarrasses its owner.
