The … read morechallenge for DLV BBDO Milan was to communicate to new consumers, the work of ActionAid, and use the existing one as media to spread the message. The only asset that ActionAid could leverage were the personal stories of people’s activism. So following the strategy of using the two most popular social networks in Italy, Facebook and Twitter, we created the DonateYourProfile project. Not a fundraising campaign, but a campaign where people could be the voice, becoming a media, for ActionAid’s stories donating their Facebook and Twitter profiles.
