The challenge for Hasan Helsinki was to launch the Finnish beer Karhu in SoMe without any promotion or gimmicks, staying true to the brand value "all beer nothing else".Instead of pushing brand messages we created "beer inspiration" a simple idea focused on creating great content by playing with the product and the name of the beer Karhu which means bear in Finnish.With a simple, entertaining, informative and on-brand campaign Karhu became the most successful Finnish beer brand in social media. The campaign has been copied by the consumers creating an unprecedented volume of user generated content.
