For tennis fans, data is important. But it's not always easy to digest. Which is why for Roland-Garros 2015, Ogilvy Paris & IBM created a series of real-time animations that updated fans about pivotal moments in the matches 60,000 times faster than text. The ads, which ran on over 500 digital out of home boards around France throughout the 2 week tournament, generated data visualisations to reflect important events in the matches as they happened. By using analogy and comparison, the ads made complex data understandable in the blink of an eye. Agency: Ogilvy & Mather, Paris.
