To combat mobile phone distraction, the Road Safety Commission partnered with The Brand Agency to launch The Headstone Phone. This two-metre-tall sculpture, crafted by a local stonemason, was erected in the centre of Perth as a sobering reminder that a momentary lapse in attention on the road can have grave consequences.
