The release of the 2025 Workplace Gender Equality Agency Australia report revealed the pay gap still very much exists. In fact, it showed that Australiaâs gender pay gap currently sits at a shocking 21.8%. To draw attention to the statistic and reinforce what women are missing out on, we created an ad with a gap of its own. Beyond awareness, we then pointed people to a website filled with free resources for businesses to help achieve gender equity in their workplace.
