Florence Nightingale Foundation: Supersized Colouring Sheets

Top 6: May 13th 2020
Uncommon Creative Studio and Dutch Uncle have launched a series of supersized colouring sheets to raise money for the Florence Nightingale Foundation. Acclaimed illustrator Dermot Flynn lends his craft to document this historical moment for London in a playful and engaging manner. The huge A0 colouring sheet scene celebrates the many activities and social nuances that have been revealed during lockdown and are big enough to get the whole family around. These include clapping for our NHS Heroes, home schooling with the help of Joe Wicks bootcamps, numerous Zoom pub quizzes as well as the nation’s newfound love for baking (sourdough and banana bread in particular) in the comfort of our homes. Other cheeky details include a lady cutting up her bra’s, London’s famous pigeons in face masks, a poster from the Guardian’s ‘Hope is Power’ campaign and a man zorbing to the shops.
