With over 20 years' experience in Advertising, Television and Film, Kent has been fortunate to work for a variety of highly respected Advertising Agencies and Creative Tech companies around the globe, leading teams to always push craft and take creativity to the absolute outer edge and 'play' in the sweet spot just before it 'breaks'.
Kent's career trajectory spans three continents and has seen him work on a long list of award-winning advertising campaigns and digital projects that engage the audience at a cross-platform level. Kent’s diverse portfolio of work ranges from experiential WebXR (AR, VR and MR), fully immersive tech experiences, AI chatbots, virtual conferences, game mechanics, product development, live television events, end-to-end content creation/distribution, Hollywood feature films, launched concept cars in both Detroit and Shanghai, interactive installations for MONA and ‘Vivid Sydney Festival’, not to mention covering the entire Sydney Harbour Bridge in grass for the inaugural ‘Breakfast on the Bridge’.
One of Kent's career highlights was having the pleasure to help create the highly acclaimed 'Project Revoice'. 'Project Revoice' gave Pat Quinn, co-founder of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, his voice back and is a breakthrough in speech technology for people living with ALS (Motor Neurone Disease). The technology enables those who lose the ability to talk, to continue speaking in their own authentic and personal voice.
'Project Revoice' was awarded the highly coveted Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Good in 2018 and the elusive D&AD Black Pencil for Creative Use of Technology in 2019.
Kent has also served on several international award juries including Cannes Lions, London International Awards, Effies, Adfest, The Webby's, New York Festivals and Spikes Asia as Jury President.
