Michele Dim D'Ippolito started his career very early, when he was 19. In the beginning he worked as a designer but quickly migrated to art direction. After working FOR some Brazilian and Italian agencies and being only 24 years old, he decided to have his own agency, and in 2001 launched Dim Design and Advertising. After two years he partnered Marcio Canzian and then they decided to be one of the first agencies that focus their philosophy on integrated campaigns.
With more than one decade of experience and freedom, currently Dim&Canzian is recognized as one of the most creative and innovative independent agencies in Brazil. A Company that has the privilege of having an amazing team and very special clients that together have made history with wonderful cases and more than 35 awards in local and international festivals from Cannes Lions to MaxMidia. As the Chief Creative Officer of Dim&canzian, Michele Dim D'Ippolito, was jury at some of the most important Award Festivals and He has had the honor of creating campaigns for important brands such as Accor, Ache, AES Group, Brasilit, Mad Croc, IMT, Pizza Hut, Playcenter Roche, Ultragaz, Unilever, Unimed and WWF.
