Biography

At 30, Psembi moved to DDB Melbourne as the Group ECD, running DDB, Tribal, and Smith St. He has grown the agency from 30 people to over 100.

At 29, Psembi became the ECD at McCann Melbourne. Here he led the agency's successful pitches for Toyota and Sustainability Victoria. Toyota is McCann Australia’s largest account.

At 28, Psembi won a BAFTA for his work with the BBC. He also became the first Creative Director since John Hegarty to win the Audi UK account, BBH's founding client.

At 27, Psembi helped lead successful pitches for the UK's largest banking account, Barclays, and one of the Publicis network's biggest wins of 2018, Western Union.

At 26, Psembi got a job at BBH London, later becoming their youngest Creative Director.

At 25, Psembi was made a Creative Director at VMLY&R London. The youngest in their history. His films for the Summer Olympics received over 60 million views.
