Sport has been always related to health. Therefore, in the breast cancer awareness month, we decided to use it as a mean to teach women how to prevent breast cancer with self-examination. We joined The Colombian Synchronized Swimming Olympic Team, experts in routines, and medical oncologists from the Colombian Cancer League, to turn each one of the steps into an artistic routine that could not go unnoticed, like most of the self-examination videos seen on social media. After more that 160 hours of co-creating, the routine was launched and now will be part of the competition circuit of the Colombian Synchronized Swimming Team, causing a great impact on people. And making the self-examination information that was unnoticed, become a routine that can save their lives.
